Systems of Official Organization for Medical Practitioners State Examination Committee.
Article 1. Medical Practitioners State Examination Committee (hereinafter to be called Examination Committee) shall be under the superintendence of the Minister of Welfare and manages the business of Medical Practitioners State Examination (hereinafter to be called the Examination).
Article 2. The Examination Committee shall consist of a chairman and members of committee.
Article 3. The post of the chairman shall be filled with the President of the Medical Practitioners State Examination Deliberation Conference.
The members of the Committee shall be appointed by the Cabinet after petitioning the Emperor by the Minister of Welfare.
In case the Minister of Welfare makes the above-mentioned petition, he shall enquire of the Medical Practitioners State Examination Deliberation Committee and solicit the views thereof.
If those, who are not government officials, have been appointed to be members of the Committee, they shall be treated as second class government officials.
Article 4. The term of office for the members of the Committee shall be one year.
The members of the Committee shall not be in the same office after the expiration of the term.
Article 5. The Chairman shall preside over the business concerning the Examination.
Article 6. The members of the Committee shall share in the business concerning the Examination under the superintendence of the Chairman.
Article 7. There shall be created two Secretaries of Medical Practitioners State Examination, and they shall be appointed by the Minister of Welfare from among the second class officials of the Ministry of Welfare.
The Secretary shall make adjustment of the general affairs concerning the Examination under the direction of the Chairman.
Article 8. There shall be created some Clerks of the Medical Practitioners State Examination, and they shall be appointed by the Minister of Welfare from among the third class officials of the Ministry of Welfare.
The Clerks shall be engaged in the general affairs under the direction of his superiors.
Supplementary Provision:
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from September 1, 1946.
