審議経過

朕は、昭和二十年勅令第五百四十二號ポツダム宣言の受諾に伴ひ發する命令に關する件に基く物價統制令の一部を改正する勅令を裁可し、ここにこれを公布せしめる。
I hereby give My Sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning partial amendments to be made to the Price Control Ordinance issued in accordance with the Imperial Ordinance No. 542 of 1945 concerning the Orders to be issued in consequence of the acceptance of the Potsdam Declaration, and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 382
物價統制令の一部を次のやうに改正する。
A part of the Price Control Ordinance shall be amended as follows:
第三條第一項中「命令」を「閣令」に、「主務大臣」を「物價廳長官」に、同條第二項中「主務大臣」を「內閣總理大臣」に改める。
1. In Art. 3, Par. 1, "Cabinet ordinance" shall be put instead of "Ordinance", and the "Director General of the Price Board" instead of "the competent Minister", and in Par. 2, "Prime Minister" instead of "the competent Minister".
第四條及び第五條中「命令」を「閣令」に、「主務大臣」を「物價廳長官」に改める。
2. In Art, 4 and 5, "Cabinet ordinance" shall be put instead of "Ordinance", and the "Director General of the Price Board" instead of "the competent Minister".
第七條第二項中「主務大臣」を「物價廳長官」に、同條第三項中「命令」を「閣令」に改める。
3. In Art. 7, Par. 2, the "Director General of the Price Board" shall be put instead of "the competent Minister", and in Art. 7, Par. 3, "Cabinet ordinance" shall be put instead of "Ordinance".
第十五條乃至第十七條中「主務大臣」を「內閣總理大臣」に改める。
4. In Arts. 15 to 17 inclusive, "Prime Minister" shall be put instead of the "competent Minister".
第十八條乃至第二十條中「主務大臣」を「內閣總理大臣」に、「命令」を「閣令」に改める。
5. In Arts. 18 to 20, inclusive, "Prime Minister" shall be put instead of "the competent Minister", and "Cabinet ordinance" instead of "ordinance".
第二十一條中「主務大臣」を「內閣總理大臣」に改める。
6. In Art. 21, "Prime Minister" shall be put instead of "the competent Minister".
第二十二條中「法人稅法ニ依ル所得、」の下に「特別法人稅法ニ依ル剩餘金、」を加へる。
7. In Art. 22, "surplus in Special Cooperation Tax Act" shall be inserted next to "income in cooperation Tax Act".
第二十四條第一項を次のやうに改める。
8. Art. 24, Par. 1 shall hereby be amended as follows:
物價ニ關スル重要事項ニ付政府ノ諮問ニ應ズル爲物價安定委員會ヲ置ク
"Price Stabilization Committee shall be instituted for making response to the government inquiry about important matters of Price".
第三十條中「命令」を「閣令」に改める。
9. In Art. 30, "Cabinet ordinance" shall be put instead of "Ordinance".
第三十一條　內閣總理大臣ハ其ノ定ムル所ニ依リ本令ニ規定スル內閣總理大臣又ハ物價廳長官ノ、職權ノ一部ヲ物價廳地方物價事務局ノ長又ハ地方長官（東京都ニ在リテハ警視總監ヲ含ム）ヲシテ行ハシムルコトヲ得
10. Art. 31　shall be amended as follows: Prime Minister is authorized, in accordance with regulations to be provided by him, to cause either the Directors of Local Price Beauraus or Prefectural Governor (in Tokyo, the Superintendent General of the Metropolitan Police Board is included) to fulfil a part of the functions assigned to the Prime Minister or the Director-General of the Price Board as stipulated in the present Ordinance.

11. Article 32　shall be abrogated.
附　則
Supplementary provisions
この勅令は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
This Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
物價統制令第七條に規定する他の法令に基き價格等についてなす決定、命令、許可、認可その他の處分は、その法令の規定にかかはらず、物價統制令の施行されてゐる間は、物價廳長官がこれをなすものとする。但し、閣令で特別の定をなした場合にはその定に從ふものとする。
The decision, order, permission, approval and other actions to be made concerning prices and the like in accordance with "other ordinance" prescribed in Art. 7, of the Price Control Ordinance shall be made by the Director-General of the Price Board as long as the Price Control Ordinance is effective, regardless of the provisions of the ordinances concerned. In case, however, specific provisions are made by Cabinet ordinance, they shall be applied.
內閣總理大臣は、その定めるところにより、前項の規定による物價廳長官の職權の一部を、地方長官（東京都に在つては警視總監を含む）その他地方官衙の長に行はせることができる。
Prime Minister is authorized in accordance with regulations to be provided by him, to cause either the prefectural governor (in Tokyo, the Superintendent General of the Metropolitan police Board is included) or the head of the Local Government to fulfil a part of the functions assigned to the Director General of the Price Board as stipulated in the preceding paragraph.
昭和十九年勅令第二百六十八號の一部を次のやうに改正する。
In the Imperial Ordinance No. 268, (1944), the following revisions shall be made:
第二條第八十八號中「價格等統制令第七條」を「物價統制令第四條」に、「指定價格」を「統制額」に改める。
In Art. 2, No. 88, "Article 4 of the Price Control Ordinance" shall be put instead of "Article 7 of the Prices and the like Control Ordinance", and the "controlled amount" instead of the "designated price".
