I hereby give My Sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendment of the Regulations governing the Organization and Function of the Establishment of Local Administration Affairs Bureau and cause the same to be promulgated.

地方行政事務局設置制の一部を次のやうに改正する。
The following amendment is made to a part of the Regulations governing the Organization and Function of the Establishment of Local Administration Affairs Bureau.
別表第二中「地方專賣局長」の次に「稅關長」を加へる。
In the annexed list No. 2 "the Custom Director" shall be added next to "Director of Local Monopoly Bureau."

Supplementary Provision:
この勅令は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
