I hereby give My Sanciton to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendments to be made to the Regulations governing the official organization of the Ministry of Communications and cause the same to be promulgated.

遞信省官制の一部を次のやうに改正する。
A part of the Regulations governing the official organization of the Ministry of Communications shall be amended as follows:
In Par. 1, Article 13, "full time 10,789" shall read "full time 10,790," "full time 233" shall read "full time 234" and "full time 925" shall read "full time 940."

Supplementary Provision:
この勅令は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
