I hereby give My Sanction to the partial amendment concerning uniform regulations of land transport officials and members treated as officials in the Ministry of Transportation, and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 365
The following partial amendments shall be made to uniform regulations of land transport officials and members treated as officials in the Ministry of Transportation:
Amendments shall be made as follows in the parts of coat and trousers in the separate list:

The remark No. 2 of the said list shall be amended as follows:
No. 2 In case of special necessity the Minister of Transportation may stipulate temporal exception concerning quality and colour, materials of appurtenances and make of overcoat in this uniform regulations.
The characters of "Higher Officials and members treated as Higher Official" and the characters and drawing of "Hannin Officials and members treated as Hannin Official" in the part of cap in the drawing of uniform regulations of the said list shall be cancelled.
The drawing of coat in the part of coat of the same drawing shall be amended as follows: (Drawing Omitted)
In the drawing of collar-badge of the same part "19 mm" shall read "16 mm" and "20 mm" shall read "17 mm."
The drawing of collar-badge in the said part shall be cancelled.
Supplementary Provisions:
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
The uniform of former style may be worn for the time being.
The Minister of Transportation may stipulate special exception necessary to the enforcement of this ordinance besides stipulated in the above-mentioned provisions.
