I hereby give My Sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the Partial amendments of the Regulations governing the Prison Organization, and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 364
The following amendments shall be made to a part of the Regulations governing the Prison Organization:
In Article 7, "appoint Vice-Warden" shall read "appoint Vice-Warden. Warden shall be appointed from among the secretaries of Ministry of Justice of Second Class or Third Class, and Vice-Warden."
In the annexed list, the paragraphs of Mito Prison and Nara Prison shall be deleted.
Supplementary Provision:
This Ordinance shall come into force as from August 1, 1946.
