Warden shall be appointed from among the secretaries of Ministry of Justice of Second Class or Third Class, and Vice-Warden." In the annexed list, the paragraphs of Mito Prison and Nara Prison shall be deleted. Supplementary Provision: This Ordinance shall come into force as from August 1, 1946.
