I hereby give My Sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the amendments to be made to the Regulations governing the Organization of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, etc. and hereby cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 363
Article 1. The following amendment shall be made to the Regulations governing the Organization of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.
In Article 13, "full time 49 persons" shall read "full time 50 persons," "full time 162 persons" shall read "full time 166 persons," "and full time 143 persons" shall read "full time 144 persons."
Article 2. The following amendments shall be made to the Ordinance concerning the Establishment of Temporary Officials in the Offices under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.
In Article 1, "full time 85 persons" shall read "full time 90 persons" "full time 204 persons Second Class (of whom one may be raised to First Class) shall read "full time 277 persons Second Class (of whom two may be raised to First Class") and "full time 521 persons" shall read "full time 702 persons."
In Item 6, Article 5, "full time 236 persons shall read "full time 286 persons," and in Item 8 of the same article "full time 2 persons Second class "shall read "full time 3 persons Second Class" and "full time 2 persons Third Class" shall read "full time 4 persons Third Class."
Article 3. The following amendments shall be made to the Regulations governing the Organization of the Agricultural Experimental Station.
In Article 2, "full time 42 persons" shall read "full time 92 persons", "full time 64 persons" shall read "full time 145 persons," and the part regarding the number of Secretaries of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry shall be amended as follows:

Article 4. The following amendments shall be made to the Regulations governing to Organization of the Horticultural Experimental Station.
In Article 2, "full time 5 persons" shall read "full time 10 persons" and "full time 7 persons" shall read "full time 15 persons."
Article 5. The following amendments shall be made to the Regulations governing the Organization of the Tea Experimental Station.
In Article 2, "full time 2 persons Second class" shall read "full time 4 persons Second class" and "full time 3 persons" shall read "full time 6 persons."
Article 6. The following amendments shall be made to the Regulations governing the Organization of the Local Forestry Bureaus and Stations.
In Par. 1 of Article 2, "full time 56 persons" shall read "full time 63 persons" and "full time 367 persons" shall read "full time 421 persons."
In Par. 2 of the same article, "full time 90 persons" shall read "full time 88 persons" and "full time 1297 persons" shall read "full time 1296 persons."
Article 7. The following amendments shall be made to the Regulations governing the Organization of the Forestry Experimental Station.
In Article 2, "fuil time 14 persons" shall read "full tirne 16 persons" and "full time 12 persons" shall read "full time 14 persons."
Article 8. The following amendments shall be made to the Regulations governing the Organization of the Fisheries Experimental Station.
In Article 2, "full time 17 persons" shall read "full time 28 persons," "full time 11 persons," shall read "full time 42 persons" and "full time persons" shall read "full time 5 persons."
Article 9. The following amendments shall be made to the Regulations governing the Organization of the Live-stock Experimental Station.
In Article 2, "full time 15 persons" shall read "full time 20 persons" and "full time 13 persons" shall read "full time 23 persons."
Article 10. The following amendments shall be made to the Regulations governing the Organization of the Cattle-disease Investigation Station.
In Article 2, "full time 7 persons" shall read "full time 8 persons," "full time 12 persons" shall read "full time 14 persons" and "full time 5 persons" shall read "full time 6 persons."
Supplementary Provision:
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
