I hereby give My Sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning to partial amendment of the Regulations governing the organization of Ministry of Commerce and Industry, and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 349
Article 1. A part of the Regulations governing Organization of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry is hereby amended as follows:
In Article 12 concerning secretaries of Ministry of Commerce and Industry "217 in full time" shall read "219 in full time".
Article 2. A part of the Regulations establishing Temporary Officials in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry is hereby amended as follows:
In Article 1, concerning secretaries of Ministry of Commerce and Industry "82 in full time" shall read "86 in full time" concerning technical officials of Ministry of Commerce and Industry "30 in full time" shall read "32 in full time", and concerning secretaries of Ministry of Commerce and Industry or technical officials of Ministry of Commerce and Industry "21 in full time" shall read "31 in full time".
Article 3. The following officials are added to the staff in the Machinery Laboratory that they may be engaged in the business pertaining to temporary official examination of welding rods.
Technical officials of Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
1 in full time, graded second class,
2 in full time, graded third class.
Supplementary Provision:
The present Imperial Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
