Imperial Ordinance No. 335
國民學校敎員檢定委員會官制を次のやうに改正する。
The following amendments are made to the Organization Ordinance for the Examining Committee on the Elementary School Teachers' Licenses:
第一條第一項中「ノ訓導、准訓導及養護訓導」を「職員タル地方敎官、地方技官及准敎員」に改める。
In Para. 1, Art. 1, "Teachers, assistant teachers and teacher-nurses of" shall read "Prefectural instructors, Prefectural technicians and assistant instructors who are on the staff of."
In Para. 1, Art. 3, "The head of the Education Bureau, in the case of Tokyo Metropolis, the department chief of Hokkaido government, Saghalien government or Prefectures who occupies the post of the chief of the Administration Department in the case of Hokkaido, Saghalien or Prefectures" shall read "The head of the Education Bureau or Prefectural secretary who occupies the post of the chief of the Administration Department (the chief of the Education and Welfare Department in the case of the prefectures with such a post.)"
第六條第一項中「判任官」を「三級官吏」に改める。
In Para. 1, Art. 6, "Officials of Hannin Rank" shall read Officials of the Third Grade."
附 則
Supplementary Provisions:
この勅令は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
樺太については、第三條第一項の改正規定にかかはらず、なほ從前の通りとする。
As to Saghalien the previous regulations shall hold good in spite of the revised provision of Para. 1, Art. 3.
