朕は、樞密顧問の諮詢を經て、幼稚園令の一部を改正する勅令を裁可し、ここにこれを公布せしめる。
I hereby give My Sanction, with the advice of the Privy Council, to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendments to the Kindergarten Ordinance and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 333
幼稚園令を次のやうに改正する。
The following amendments are made to the Kindergarten Ordinance:
第七條中「保姆」を「幼兒ノ保育ヲ掌ル職員」に改める。
In Art. 7, "Nurses" shall read "Personnel who take charge of nursing infants."
第九條　幼兒ノ保育ヲ掌ル幼稚園職員ハ女子ニシテ幼稚園敎員免許狀ヲ有スルモノタルヘシ
Art. 9.　Kindergarten personnel who take charge of nursing infants must be female with the certificate of kindergarten teacher.
第十條中「保姆免許狀」を「幼稚園敎員免許狀」に、「保姆」を「前條ノ幼稚園職員」に改める。
In Art. 10, "The certificate of Nurse" shall read "The certificate of kindergarten teacher," and "Nurses" shall read "Kindergarten personnel mentioned in the above article."
第十一條第一項中「保姆免許狀」を「幼稚園敎員免許狀」に、「保姆檢定」を「幼兒ノ保育ヲ掌ル幼稚園職員ノ檢定」に、同條第二項中「保姆檢定」を「前項ノ檢定」に、同條第三項及第四項中「保姆」を「第一項」に、同條第三項中「北海道又ハ府縣ニ在リテハ夫々北海道地方費又ハ府縣」を「東京都、北海道又ハ府縣ニ在リテハ夫々東京都、北海道地方費又ハ府縣」に改める。
In Para. 1, Art. 11, "The certificate of nurse" shall read "The certificate of kindergarten teacher," and "Nurse's license examination" shall read "License examination of kindergarten personnel who take charge of nursing infants." In Para. 2, ibid., "Nurse's license examination," shall read "The examination mentioned above." In Para. 3 and 4, ibid., "Nurse" shall read "Para. 1."
第十二條及び第十二條ノ二を削る。
In Para. 3, ibid., "Hokkaido local expenditure or prefectures respectively in Hokkaido or prefectures" shall read "Tokyo Metropolis, Hokkaido local expenditure or prefectures respectively in Tokyo Metropolis, Hokkaido or prefectures."
第十二條ノ三中「進退、職務及」を削リ、同條を第十二條とし、第十二條ノ四を第十二條ノ二とする。
Article 12 and Article 12-(bis)2 shall be deleted.
第十二條ノ三　私立幼稚園職員職務上ノ義務ニ違背シ若ハ職務ヲ怠リタルトキ又ハ職務ノ內外ヲ問ハス體面ヲ汚辱スルノ行爲アリタルトキハ地方長官ハ其ノ者ノ職務ヲ停止ス
In Articl 12(bis)3, "Appointment and dismissal, duties and" shall be deleted and the same article shall be made Article 12 and Article 12-(bis)4 made Article 12-(bis)2.　Article 12-(bis)3. In case any of private kindergarten personnel should act against the duties or neglect the duties or in case he should impair the honor officially or privately, the prefectural Governor shall suspend his service.
第十二條ノ五を削る。
Article 12-(bis)5 shall be deleted.
第十二條ノ六中「免職若ハ」を削り、「業務停止又ハ保姆免許狀」を「職務停止又ハ幼稚園敎員免許狀」に改め、同條を第十二條ノ四とする。
Of Article 12-(bis)6, "Dismissal or" shall be deleted; "Suspension of the service or the certificate of nurse" shall read "suspension of the service or the certificate of kindergarten teacher," and the same article shall be made Article 12-(bis)4.
附　則
Supplementary Provisions:
この勅令は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
この勅令の施行前に、授與した、保姆免許狀は、これを第十一條第一項の改正規定により、授與した、幼稚園敎員免許狀とみなす。
The certificate of nurse which had been given prior to the enforcement of the present Ordinance shall be regarded as the same with the certificate of kindergarten teacher which is given according to the revised provision of Para. 1, Art. 11.
