朕は、敎員養成諸學校官制の一部を改正する勅令を裁可し、ここにこれを公布せしめる。
I hereby give My Sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendments of the Regulations governing the Organization of the Teacher Training Institutes, and cause the same to be promulgated.

敎員養成諸學校官制の一部を次のやうに改正する。
Part of the Regulations governing the Organization of the Teacher Training Institutes shall be amended as follows:
別表東京高等師範學校の項中文部敎官の敎授の欄中「八十二人」を「八十五人」に、文部敎官の二級の欄中「二十八人」を「三十二人」に、文部敎官の三級の欄中「七十一人」を「七十六人」に、文部事務官の三級の欄中「十七人」を「十八人」に改める。
In the accompanying table, the following amendments shall be made as regards the Tokyo Higher Normal School: In the column giving the number of professors, officially Educational Officials of Education Ministry, (82) shall read (85); of E.O. of the 2nd Grade, (28) shall read (32); of E.O. of the 3rd Grade, (71) shall read (76); and of secretaries of Education Ministry of the 3rd Grade, (17) shall read (18).
同表廣島高等師範學校の項中文部敎官の敎授の欄中「六十五人」を「六十八人」に、文部敎官の二級の欄中「十七人」を「二十二人」に、文部敎官の三級の欄中「四十八人」を「五十二人」に、文部事務官の三級の欄中「十人」を「十一人」に改める。
In the same table, the following amendments shall be made as regards the Hiroshima Higher Normal School: In the column giving the number of professors, officially E.O. of E.M., (65) shall read (68); of E.O. of the 2nd Grade, (17) shall read (22); of E.O. of the 3rd Grade, (48) shall read (52); and of secretaries of E.M. of the 3rd Grade, (10) shall read (11).

Supplementary Provision:
この勅令は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
