I hereby give My Sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the Abrogation of the Imperial Ordinance for the Official Status of the Naval Executive Officers and others and cause the same to be promulgated.

The following Imperial Ordinances are hereby abrogated:
The Ordinance for the Official Status of the Naval Executive Officers.
The Ordinance for the Service of the Naval Commissioned and Non-Commissioned Officers.
Special Exceptions to the Ordinance for the Service of the Naval Non-Executive Officers.
Special Exceptions to the Ordinance for the Service of the Retired Naval Commissioned and Non-Commissioned Officers and of Those Exempted from the Military Service.
The Naval Commissioned and Non-Commissioned Officers Appointement Ordinance.
The Naval Commissioned and Non-Commissioned Officers, Promotion Ordinance.

Supplementary Provisions:
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
In respect of the Naval Personnel who are not yet demobilized at the time of the enforcement of the present Ordinance, the old Ordinances shall remain in effect until their demobilization even after the enforcement of the present Ordinance.
