I hereby give My Sanction to the partial amendments of the Regulation governing the Organization of the P.O.W. Information Board and cause the same to be promulgated.

俘虜情報局官制の一部を次のやうに改正する。
Part of the Regulation governing the Organization of the P.O.W. Information Board shall be amended as follows:
第一條及び第四條中「第一復員大臣」を「內閣總理大臣」に改める。
In Article 1 and Article 4 "Minister of the 1st Demobilization Ministry" shall read "the Prime Minister."
第三條 俘虜情報局ニ左ノ職員ヲ置ク
Article 3. The personnel of the P.O.W. Information Board shall be as follows:

Director
復員事務官
Demobilization Officials
專任一人 一級
1st class official in full service 1
專任二十一人 二級
2nd class officials in full service 21
專任五十二人 三級
3rd class officials in full service 52
長官ハ一級ノ復員事務官ヲ以テ之ニ充ツ
The post of Director shall be filled by an demobilization official of 1st class.
第六條及び第七條を削る。
Article 6 and Article 7 shall be deleted.
附 則
Supplementary Provision:
この勅令は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
This Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
