審議経過

朕は、氣象官署官制の一部を改正すること等に關する勅令を裁可し、ここにこれを公布せしめる。
I hereby give my sanction to the partial amendments to be made to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the Meteorological Offices Organization and others, and hereby cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 309.
第一條　氣象官署官制の一部を次のやうに改正する。
Art. 1.　The following amendment is made to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the Meteorological Offices Organization:
第十二條中「專任千四百六十三人」を「專任千五百五十八人」に改める。
In Art. 12, "1,463 (full-time) shall read "1,598 (full time)."
第二條　水路部官制の一部を次のやうに改正する。
Art. 2.　The following amendment is made to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the Hydrographic Department Organization:
第三條第一項中「 專任三十一人 專任百五人 」を「 專任三十五人 專任百十三人 」に改める。
In Art. 3, "31 (full-time)" "105 ( do. )" shall read " 35 (full-time)" "113 ( do. ) ."
附　則
Supplementary Provisions:
この勅令は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
昭和二十一年六月三十日までは、氣象官署官制第十二條の改正規定にかかはらず、三級の運輸技官の定員は、專任千四百九十七人とする。
In so far as 3rd grade technical officials of the Ministry of Transportation are concerned, the regular personnel thereof in full-time employment shall be 1,497 until the 30th of June 1946, irrespective of the amended provision of Art. 12 of the Imperial Ordinance concerning the Meteorological Offices Organization.
