審議経過

朕は、樞密顧問の諮詢を經て、昭和二十一年勅令第百九號（昭和二十年勅令第五百四十二號ポツダム宣言の受諾に伴ひ發する命令に關する件に基く就職禁止、退官、退職等に關する件）の一部を改正する勅令を裁可し、ここにこれを公布せしめる。
I hereby give my sanction with the advice of the Privy Council to the Ordinance concerning the partial amendments of Imperial Ordinance No. 109 of the twenty-first year of Showa (1946) (the amendments pertaining to the prohibition against assuming office and the dismissal from government office or employment under Imperial Ordinance of the twentieth year of Showa (1945) concerning the Orders to be issued in consequence of my acceptance of the Potsdam Declaration) and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 306
昭和二十一年勅令第百九號を次のやうに改正する。
The following amendments shall be made to Imperial Ordinance No. 109 of the twenty-first year of Showa (1946):
第一條第三項中「官職」を「官職ヨリ退官若ハ退職セシメラレ又ハ官職」に改める。
In the third item of Article 1, "the government office" shall read "shall be dismissed from government office or employment or the government office."
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この勅令は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
