I hereby give my sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendment of Regulations governing the Organization of the Medical Treatment Bureau and cause the same to be promulgated.

醫療局官制の一部を次のやうに改正する。
The following amendments are made to a part of Regulation governing the Organization of the Medical Treatment Bureau:
In Article 2, of Secretaries of Welfare Ministry, "Regular personnel 338" shall read "Regular personnel 340" and in the same article, of Technical Officials of Welfare Ministry, "Regular personnel 1035" shall read "Regular personnel 1037."

Supplementary Provision:
この勅令は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
