朕は、所得稅法施行規則の一部を改正する勅令を裁可し、ここにこれを公布せしめる。
I hereby give my sanction to the revision of the Enforcement Ordinance of the Income Tax Law and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 289
所得稅法施行規則の一部を次のやうに改正する。
The Enforcement Ordinance of the Income Tax Law shall be partly revised as follows:
第八十一條ノ二中「三分ノ一」を「二分ノ一」に、「九分ノ二」を「十分ノ三」に改める。
In article LXXX1-2: "one third" shall be revised as "a half" and "two ninths" as "three tenths."
附　則
Supplementary Provisions:
この勅令は、昭和二十一年六月一日から、これを施行する。
The present Ordinance shall be effective June 1st, 1946.
昭和二十一年五月三十一日以前に支拂を受くべきであつた報酬又は料金に對する丙種の事業所得に對する分類所得稅については、なほ從前による。
The old provisions shall prevail in respect of the classified tax collectable on class C business income as gained due to the payment of remuneration or fee as paid or to be paid on or before May 31st, 1946.
