I hereby give Our Sanction to the Imperial Ordinance of the Regulation Governing the Organization of the Export Silk Fabrics Inspection House and cause this Ordinance to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 272
Regulations governing the organization of the Export Silk Fabrics Inspection House.
Article I. The Export Silk Fabrics Inspection House (hereafter to be called the House) shall come under administration of the Minister of Com. & Ind. and shall assume the business pertaining to examination of export silk fabrics and export rayon fabrics.
Article II. The following officers shall be kept through the House.
The Director shall be appointed from among the Com. & Ind. Technical officials of the second class.
Article III. The Director of the House shall preside over the business under the direction and supervision of the Minister of Com. & Ind.
Article IV. The Minister of Com. & Ind. shall keep branch or dispatched offices, in case of necessity, to partake of the business in the main office.
Article V. The names and localities of main office, branch and dispatched offices of the House shall be settled by the Minister of Com. & Ind.
Supplementary Provision:
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
