      <Article Num="1">
        <ArticleTitle>Article I.</ArticleTitle>
        <Paragraph Num="1">
          <ParagraphNum/>
          <ParagraphSentence>
            <Sentence>The Export Silk Fabrics Inspection House (hereafter to be called the House) shall come under administration of the Minister of Com. &amp; Ind. and shall assume the business pertaining to examination of export silk fabrics and export rayon fabrics.</Sentence>

      </Article>

        <ArticleTitle>Article II.</ArticleTitle>

        <ArticleTitle>Article III.</ArticleTitle>
        <Paragraph Num="1">
          <ParagraphNum/>
          <ParagraphSentence>
            <Sentence>The Director of the House shall preside over the business under the direction and supervision of the Minister of Com. &amp; Ind.</Sentence>

      <Article Num="4">
        <ArticleTitle>Article IV.</ArticleTitle>
        <Paragraph Num="1">
          <ParagraphNum/>
          <ParagraphSentence>
            <Sentence>The Minister of Com. &amp; Ind. shall keep branch or dispatched offices, in case of necessity, to partake of the business in the main office.</Sentence>
          </ParagraphSentence>
        </Paragraph>
      </Article>
      <Article Num="5">
        <ArticleTitle>Article V.</ArticleTitle>
        <Paragraph Num="1">
          <ParagraphNum/>
          <ParagraphSentence>
            <Sentence>The names and localities of main office, branch and dispatched offices of the House shall be settled by the Minister of Com. &amp; Ind.</Sentence>

        </Paragraph>

          <Sentence>The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.</Sentence>
