We hereby give Our sanction in the ordinance for the matter of the special case of the Enforcement Ordinance, Medical Act concerning the persons who have the pharmaceutist certificates recognized by the Governor-general of Chosen, and cause the said ordinance to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 268
Article 1. In spite of the provisions of Article 1 Enforcement Ordinance Medical Act the Welfare Minister for some time shall give the pharmaceutist certificates to those who have the pharmaceutist certificates recognized by the Governor-general 7 Chosen before 15 August, 1945, having selected by the examiners of pharmaceutists.
Article 2. In spite of the provisions of Article 2 Enforcement Ordinance, Medical Act, the examination of pharmaceutists for some time.
Supplementary Provisions:
Article 3. The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
Article 4. The following amendments made to the Regulations Governing the Organization concerning the examiners of pharmaceutists.
In Article 1, next to "business concerning pharmaceutists Examination" shall be added, and business of Selection of Pharmaceutist Certificate.
In Article 7, next to "Examination" shall be added and Selection.
In Article 8, "Practical Examination" shall read "Practical Examination and Selection."
