We hereby give our Sanction to the Ordinance Concerning the Organizing Regulations of the Functionaries for the Prevention of Infectious Diseases, and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 265
防疫職員官制中左ノ通改正ス
Amendments as follows shall be introduced in the organizing Regulations of the Functionaries for the Prevention of Infectious Diseases:
第一條厚生技官ノ部中「專任三人」ヲ「專任十人」ニ改ム
In Art. 1, relative to the Welfare Technical Officers, the words "three officers of full service" shall be read as "ten officers of full service".

Supplementary Provision:
本令ハ公布ノ日ヨリ之ヲ施行ス
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of promulgation.
