We give Our sanction to the Amendments of the Imperial Ordinance Concerning the Establishment of Temporary personnel, etc. in the service under the supervision of Cabinet, and hereby Cause the same promulgated.

The following amendments are made to the Imperial Ordinance Concerning the Establishment of Temporary personnel, etc. in the service under the supervision of Cabinet.
第五條ヲ第六條トス
Art. 5. shall be made Art. 6: and the following shall be added as Art. 5:
第五條 憲法改正ニ伴フ諸般ノ法制ノ整備ニ關スル事務ニ從事セシムル爲法制局ニ左ノ職員ヲ置ク
Art. 5. In order to deal with the matters pertaining to the readjustment of miscellaneous laws and regulations in Consequence of the revision of the Constitution, the following personnel shall be attached to the Bureau of Legislation:
法制局事務官
Secretaries of the Bureau of Legislation:
專任二人 二級
2 (full service): Second class
專任二人 三級
2 (full service): Third class

Supplementary Provision:
本令ハ公布ノ日ヨリ之ヲ施行ス
The present Ordinance shall come into force on the day of its promulgation.
