We, recognizing the urgent necessity of the Ordinance concerning the maximum lmit of Treasuary Bills and Temporary Government Loan in the twenty-first fiscal year of Showa (1946-47), hereby give thereto Our sanction with the advice of the Privy Council, in accordance with Paragraph 1 of Article 70 of the Imperial Constitution, and cause the said Ordinance to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 241

會計法第六條ノ規定ニ依ル大藏省證券及借入金ノ最高額ハ昭和二十一年度ニ於テハ豫算ニ定ムル金額ト通ジテ三十五億圓トス

The maximum limit of Treasury Bills and Temporary Government Loan to be issued or borrowed, under Article 6 of the Account Law, shall be 3,500,000 000 yen for the fiscal year of 1946 47, inclusive of the amount authorized in the Budget.

Supplementary provision:

本令ハ公布ノ日ヨリ之ヲ施行ス

The present ordinance shall come in o force as from the day of its promulgation.
