朕戰災復興院官制中改正ノ件ヲ裁可シ玆ニ之ヲ公布セシム
We hereby give our sanction to the Ordinance concerning the partial reformation of Reconstruction Board organization and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 232
戰災復興院官制中左ノ通改正ス
The following amendment shall be made to the organization of the Reconstruction Board.
第二條中「專任四十八人」ヲ「專任五十六人」ニ、「專任百二人」ヲ「專任百十人」ニ、「專任三百九十人」ヲ「專任四百十四人」ニ改ム
In Article 2, "48 (full time)" shall read "56 (full time)", "102 (full time)" shall read "110 (full time)", and "390 (full time)" shall read "414 (full time)".
第十條ヲ第十一條トス
Article 10 shall be amended to read Article 11.
第十條　祕書官ハ總裁ノ命ヲ承ケ機密ニ關スル事務ヲ掌ル
Article 10.　Private Secretary shall take charge of confidential matters under direction of President.
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
本令ハ公布ノ日ヨリ之ヲ施行ス
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
