We hereby give Our sanction to the Ordinance concerning the amendments of the Regulations for Temporary Establishment of Personnel in the Ministry of Justice and Others and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 230
Article 1. The following amendments are made to the Regulations for temporary Establishment of Personnel in the Ministry of Justice.
In Article 1, "4 (full-time)" shall read "9 (full-time)", "7 (full-time)" shall read "17 (full-time)" and "13 (full-time)" shall read "18 (full-time)".
In Article 3, "5 (full-time)" shall read "7 (full-time)" and "129 (full-time)" shall read "171 (full-time)".
Article 2. The following amendments are made to the Ordinance for the Full Strength of the Law Court Officials.
In Article 1, "456 public procurators of the sonin rank" shall read "490 public procurators of sonin rank,"
and in Article 2, "4, 285 (full-time) court clerks" shall read "4, 453 (full-time) court clerks".
Supplementary Provision:
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
