I hereby give My Sanction to the Law concerning the partial amendments of the Horse-Racing Law approved by the Diet and cause the same to be promulgated.

Law No.37
競馬法の一部を次のやうに改正する。
The following amendments shall be made to the Horse-Racing Law:
第四條第二項及び第三項を削る。
Paras.2 and 3 of Art.4 shall be deleted.
第六條第一項中「十倍」を「百倍」に改める。
In Para.1, Art.6, "ten times" shall read "one hundred times" .
第三十五條第一號中「第一項又ハ第二項」を削る。
第三十六條第一號中「第一項又ハ第二項」を削り、同條中第三號を削り、第四號を第三號とする。
In Item 1, Art.36, "Para.1 or 2" as well as Item 3 of the same article shall be deleted, and Item 4 is made Item 3.
第三十八條第一項中「三百圓」を「二千圓」に改める。
In Para.1, Art.38, "three hundred yen" shall read "two thousand yen."
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この法律は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
The present Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
