I hereby give My Sanction to the Law concerning the abrogation of Chamber of Commerce and Industry Economy Law with the approval of the Imperial Diet, and cause the same to be promulgated.

The Chamber of Commerce and Industry Economy Law is hereby abrogated.
Supplementary Provisions:
The date of enforcement of the Law shall be fixed by Imperial Ordinance.
The Chamber of Commerce and Industry Economy actually existing at the date of the enforcement of this Law shall be dissolved at the date of enforcement of this Law.
Necessary matters pertaining to the dissolution and liquidation of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Economy of the peceding paragraph shall be provided for by Imperial Ordinance.
As to the liquidation of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Economy under actual liquidation at the date of enforcement of this Law the previous Law shall remain valid.
The previous Law shall remain in force even after the coming into force of this Law with respect to the application of penal provisions concerning offences committed before the date of enforcement of the present Law.
In case where a public benefit juridical person designated by the Minister of Commerce and Industry applies for registration in respect to acquisition of any right related to an immovable in which it has succeeded to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Economy, the sum of the registration tax shall be four-thousandths (4/1,000) of the price of the immovable,provided that, if the sum of the registration tax as calculated under the Registration Tax Law is less than that as calculated under the present Law, the former shall apply.
