SUBJECT | Removal of Certain Restrictions on Nationals of Countries With Which the United Nations Have Been at War. |
1. Rescission:
a. Par b (1), Memorandum to the Japanese Government, AG 091.112 (12 Dec 45) CI, (SCAPIN 426), subject: Restriction of Nationals of Countries With Which United Nations Have Been at War.
b. Par 10, Memorandum to the Japanese Government, AG 091.112 (5 April 46) CIS, (SCAPIN 861), subject: Restriction of Nationals of Countries With Which United Nations Have Been at War.
2. a. Travel of nationals of enemy countries will hereafter be subject to the same restrictions as are now in effect for the control of travel of other nationals.
b. Nothing contained in the foregoing par 2a will be construed as granting to nationals of enemy countries those privileges of travel now accorded to nationals of the Allied Powers, members of the Occupation Forces and foreign nationals accompanying the Occupation Forces.
