Law for Partial Amendment to the Special Procurement Fund Establishment Order
The Special Procurement Fund Establishment Order (Cabinet Order No.205 of 1951) shall be partially amended as follows:
In Article 1, "the Allied Forces" shall be amended as "the armed forces of the United States of America stationing in accordance with the Security Treaty between the United States of America and Japan" .
Supplementary Provision:
This Law shall come into force as from the day of the coming into force of the Security Treaty between the United States of America and Japan.
