ポツダム宣言の受諾に伴い発する命令に関する件に基く建設省関係命令の措置に関する法律をここに公布する。

I hereby promulgate the Law for Disposition of Order under the Ministry of Construction based on the Imperial Ordinance concerning the Orders to be Issued in Consequence of the Acceptance of the Potsdam Declaration.

ポツダム宣言の受諾に伴い発する命令に関する件に基く建設省関係命令の措置に関する法律

Law for Disposition of Order under the Ministry of Construction based on the Imperial Ordinance concerning the Orders to be Issued in Consequence of the Acceptance of the Potsdam Declaration

空中写真の利用等に関する政令（昭和二十五年政令第三百二号）は、日本国との平和條約の最初の効力発生の日以後も、法律としての効力を有するものとする。

The Cabinet Order for the Use, etc. of Aerial Photographs (Cabinet Order No.302 of 1950) shall remain in force as a law even after the day of the first coming into force of the Treaty of Peace with Japan.

附　則

Supplementary Provision:

この法律は、日本国との平和條約の最初の効力発生の日から施行する。

This Law shall come into force as from the day of the first coming into force of the Treaty of Peace with Japan.
