ポツダム宣言の受諾に伴い発する命令に関する件に基く農林関係諸命令の措置に関する法律をここに公布する。
I hereby promulgate the Law concerning Measures for Orders under the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry Based on the Imperial Ordinance concerning the Orders to Be Issued in Consequence of the Acceptance of the Potsdam Declaration.

Law concerning Measures for Orders under the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry Based on the Imperial Ordinance concerning the Orders to Be Issued in Consequence of the Acceptance of the Potsdam Declaration
（将来存続すべき命令）
(Orders to Be Continued to Exist in Future)
第一條　肥料配給公団令（昭和二十二年勅令第百七十一号）失効の日（昭和二十六年四月一日）までにした行為に対する罰則の適用及び肥料配給公団の清算に関しては、同令は、日本国との平和條約の最初の効力発生の日以後も、法律としての効力を有するものとする。
Article 1.　So far as application of penal provisions to any acts done by the day of losing effect (April 1, 1951) of the Fertilizer Distribution Kodan Ordinance (Imperial Ordinance No.171 of 1947) and liquidation of Fertilizer Distribution Kodan are concerned, the same Ordinance shall have the effect as law even on and after the day of the first coming into force of the Treaty of Peace with Japan.

(Abolition of Order)
第二條　食糧確保のための臨時措置に関する政令（昭和二十四年政令第三百八十四号）は、廃止する。
Article 2.　The Cabinet Order for the Food Maintenance Temporary Measures (Cabinet Order No.384 of 1949) shall be abolished.
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この法律は、日本国との平和條約の最初の効力発生の日から施行する。
This Law shall come into force as from the day of the first coming into force of the Treaty of Peace with Japan.
