I hereby promulgate the Law for Partial Amendments to the Agricultural Mutual Aid Reinsurance Special Account Law.

Law for Partial Amendments to the Agricultural Mutual Aid Reinsurance Special Account Law
The Agricultural Mutual Aid Reinsurance Special Account Law (Law No.11 of 1944) shall be partially amended as follows:
In Article 2-(2) paragraph 1, "the General Account and the Agriculture sub-account" shall be amended as "the General Account, the Agriculture sub-account and the Livestock sub-account" , and "to the Agriculture sub-account" shall be amended as "to the Agriculture sub-account and the Livestock sub-account" ;in paragraph 2 of the same Article, "or the livestocks mutual aid" shall be added next to "the agricultural products mutual aid and the silkworms and cocoons mutual aid" , and "or the Livestock sub-account" shall be added next to "the Agriculture sub-account" ;and in paragraph 3 of the same Article "or the Livestock sub-account" shall be added next to "the Agriculture sub-account" , "or the livestocks mutual aid" shall be added next to "the agricultural products mutual aid and the silkworms and cocoons mutual aid" , and "the said sub-account" shall be amended as "the Agriculture sub-account or the Livestock sub-account" .
In Article 4, "and the Reinsurance Money Payment Fund sub-account" shall be added next to "the General Account" , and "and transfers to the Management sub-account to cover miscellaneous expenses connected with the enterprise business" shall be deleted.
In Article 5, "the mutual aid on agricultural products and the mutual aid on silkworms and cocoons" shall be amended as "the agricultural, products mutual aid, the silkworms and cocoons mutual aid and the livestocks mutual aid" , and transfers from the Livestock sub-account to cover miscellaneous expenses connected with the reinsurance enterprise relating to the mutual aid on livestocks"shall be deleted.
In Article 6 paragraph 2, "in accordance with the provisions of Cabinet Order" shall be added next to "if there is any remainder," ;and paragraph 3 of the same Article shall be amended as follows:
The provision of the preceding paragraph shall be applied mutatis mutandis to the case where surplus arises on settlement in the Livestock sub-account.
In Article 6-(2), "Article 7 paragraph 2" shall be deleted;and the following one paragraph shall be added to the same Article:
The provision of the preceding paragraph shall be applied mutatis mutandis to the case where the surplus of the Livestock sub-account is transferred to the Reinsurance Money Payment Fund sub-account in accordance with the provision of paragraph 2 of the preceding Article applied mutatis mutandis in paragraph 3 of the same Article.
Article 7 shall be amended as follows:
Article 7. In cases where surplus arises on settlement in the Management sub-account, it shall be transferred into the annual revenues of the following fiscal year.
Supplementary Provision:
This Law shall come into force as from April 1, 1952.
