I hereby promulgate the Law concerning the Transfer from the General Account for Covering the Loss Arising from the Fishing Boat Reinsurance Enterprises in the Fishing Boat Reinsurance Special Account.

Law concerning the Transfer from the General Account for Covering the Loss Arising from the Fishing Boat Reinsurance Enterprises in the Fishing Boat Reinsurance Special Account
In order to cover the loss in the enterprises relating to the reinsurance of the insurance under the special contract mentioned in Article 17-(2) paragraph 1 of the former Fishing Boat Insurance Law (Law No.23 of 1937), arising from the unusual outbreak of the accident prescribed in the same paragraph in the fiscal year 1951-52, the Government is authorized to transfer an amount from the General Account to the Special Insurance Sub-account of the Fishing Boat Reinsurance Special Account within the limit of 80,000,000 yen, in the fiscal year 1952-53.
Supplementary Provision:
This Law shall come into force as from April 1, 1952.
