I hereby promulgate the Law for Disposition of Orders under the Police based on the Imperial Ordinance concerning the Orders to be Issued in Consequence of the Acceptance of the Potsdam Declaration.

Law for Disposition of Orders under the Police based on the Imperial Ordinance concerning the Orders to be Issued in Consequence of the Acceptance of the Potsdam Declaration
The Order Controlling the Possession of Firearms and Swords, Etc.(Cabinet Order No.334 of 1950) shall have the same effect as a law even after the day of the first coming into force of the Treaty of Peace with Japan.
Supplementary Provision:
This Law shall come into force as from the day of the first coming into force of the Treaty of Peace with Japan.
