I hereby promulgate the Law for Abolition of the Cabinet Ordinance concerning Censorship of Mails, Telegrams and Telephone Calls exercised by the Allied Powers Occupation Forces.

Law for Abolition of the Cabinet Ordinance concerning Censorship of Mails, Telegrams and Telephone Calls exercised by the Allied Powers Occupation Forces
The Cabinet Ordinance concerning Censorship of Mails, Telegrams and Telephone Calls exercised by the Allied Powers Occupation Forces (Cabinet Ordinance No.43 of 1945) shall be hereby abolished.
附 則
Supplementary Provision:
この法律は、日本国との平和條約の最初の効力発生の日から施行する。
This Law shall come into force as from the day of the first coming into force of the Treaty of Peace with Japan.
