1 With regard to the annuity corresponding to separation annuity, disability annuity and annuity for bereaved family as revised in accordance with the provision of Article 6 paragraph 1 item (1) of the Law for Special Measures for Annuitants of the Mutual Aid Associations under the Former Ordinances, etc.(Law No.256 of 1950;hereinafter referred to as "Special Measures Law" in these Proper Provisions and the Annexed Table), the said amount of annuities shall be revised, for October 1951 and thereafter, to the amount computed by applying the provisions of the National Public Service Mutual Aid Association Law (Law No.69 of 1948;hereinafter referred to as "Mutual Aid Association Law" ), and regarding as the salary the hypothetical salary listed in the Annexed Table which corresponds to the hypothetical salary ted in the Annexed Table of the Special Mea Law, which served as the basis for the com on of the amount of annuity revised in reg to the amount of the said annuity under the vision of the said item.
2 In the case under the preceding paragraph, those of annuities under the said paragraph whose condition for payment or basis for computation of the amount differs from the same of separation annuity, disability annuity or annuity for bereaved family under the provisions of the Mutual Aid Association Law, shall, as may be determined by the Minister of Finance, be regarded as the annuities under the provisions of the said Law which are closest to them in terms of the said condition or basis, and the provisions of the Mutual Aid Association Law shall apply thereto.
3 With regard to those of the annuities payable in virtue of benefit condition of illness, injury or death incurred in line of duty which were revised in accordance with the provision of Article 6 paragraph 1 item (2) of the Special Measurea Law, the said amount of annuities shall be revised, for October 1951 and thereafter, to the amount computed by regarding as the salary the hypothetical salary listed in the Annexed Table which corresponds to the hypothetical salary listed in the Annexed Table of the said Law, served as the basis for the computation of the amount of annuities revised in accordance with the provision of the same item, and in conformity to the example of computation of the annuities paid respectively by the former Army Mutual Aid Association, the Mutual Aid Society provided for in Article 1 of the said Law or the Overseas Mutual Aid Associations provided for in Article 2 of the said Law (as to the number of months to be multiplied to the monthly amount of salary at the time of the computation, it shall be computed on the basis of the number of months revised in accordance with the provision of Article 6 paragraph 3 of the said Law).
Supplementary Provisions:
1 This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
2 The Law for Special Measures for Annuitants of the Mutual Aid Associations under the Former Ordinances, Etc. shall be partially amended as follows:
In Article 7 paragraph 1 "the provisions of the preceding paragraph" shall be amended as "the provisions of the preceding Article or of the Law concerning Revision of Amount of Annuity under the Provisions of the Law for Special Measures for Annuitants of the Mutual Aid Associations under the Former Ordinances, Etc.(Law No.307 of 1951)" .
