Law for Exception to the Medical Service Law concerning the Limit of the Accommodation Hours of Each Patient in Clinics
For 3 years as from the day of enforcement of this Law, the managers of clinics may be permitted not to comply with the provisions of Article 13 of the Medical Service Law (Law No.205 of 1948). However, they shall attempt not to accommodate each patient for more than 48 hours except in the case of necessities to do so from the standpoint of medical care.
Supplementary Provisions:
1 This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
2 The Medical Service Law shall be partially amended as follows:
Article 79 paragraph 4 shall be deleted.
