I hereby promulgate the Law for Partial Amendments to the Special Coal Mine Damage Rehabilitation Temporary Measures Law.

Law for Partial Amendments to the Special Coal Mine Damage Rehabilitation Temporary Measures Law
The Special Coal Mine Damage Rehabilitation Temporary Measures Law (Law No.176 of 1950) shall be partially amended as follows:
In Article 11 paragraph 1, "the provision of Article 5 paragraph 2" shall be amended as "the provisions of other laws and orders or Article 5 paragraph 2" .
The latter part of Article 29 paragraph 2 shall be amended as follows:
In this case, a time limit to be designated by the reminder shall be the day on which not less than ten days have elapsed calculating from the day on which the reminder is despatched.
In Article 32, "Article 4-(7) and Article 4-(8)" shall be amended as "Article 4-(9) and Article 4-(10)" .
Supplementary Provisions:
1 This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
2 As to the collection of fees for reminder issued prior to the enforcement of this Law, the former provision shall still prevail, irrespective of the amended provision of Article 29 paragraph 2.
