Law for Partial Amendment to the Local Autonomy Law
The Local Autonomy Law (Law No.67 of 1947) shall be partially amended as follows:
Article 158 paragraph 2 item 1 shall be amended as follows:
1. Tax Bureau
(1) Metters relating to To-tax and non-tax revenue connected with the said tax.
2. Construction Bureau
(1) Matters relating to housing and building.
3. Port and Harbour Bureau
(1) Matters relating to port and harbour.
Supplementary Provision:
This Law shall come into force as from June 1, 1951.
