Law for Partial Amendment to the Radio Regulatory Commission Establishment Law
The Radio Regulatory Commission Establishment Law (Law No.133 of 1950) shall be partially amended as follows:
To Article 6 shall be added the following one paragraph:
5 The Chairman and Commissioners shall be the civil officials provided for in Article 20 of the Pension Law (Law No.48 of 1923).
Supplementary Provision:
This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation and shall apply as from June 1, 1950.
