大蔵省設置法の一部を改正する法律
Law for Partial Amendments to the Ministry of Finance Establishment Law
大蔵省設置法（昭和二十四年法律第百四十四号）の一部を次のように改正する。
The Ministry of Finance Establishment Law (Law No.144 of 1949) shall be partially amended as follows:
第四條中第十九号を第二十号とし、以下一号ずつ繰り下げ、第十八号の次に次の一号を加える。
In Article 4, item (19) shall be made item (20) and the numbering of its ensuing items shall be moved down by one;and next to item (18), the following one item shall be added:
十九　国の会計事務職員の研修を行うこと。
(19)　To train Government personnel engaging in accounting business;
第八條中第十三号を第十四号とし、以下一号ずつ繰り下げ、第十二号の次に次の一号を加える。
In Article 8, item (13) shall be made item (14) and the numbering of its ensuing items shall be moved down by one;and next to item (12), the following one item shall be added:
十三　国の会計事務職員の研修を行うこと。

第九條第一項中第三号を削り、第四号を第三号とし、以下一号ずつ繰り上げ、同條第二項中「及び同項第四号から第九号まで」を「並びに同項第三号から第八号まで」に改める。
In Article 9 paragraph 1, item (3) shall be deleted, item (4) shall be made item (3) and the numbering of its ensuing items shall be moved up by one, and in paragraph 2 of the same Article, "in items (4) to (9) inclusive" shall be amended as "in items (3) to (8) inclusive" .
第十條中第十八号を削り、第十九号を第十八号とし、第二十号を削り、第二十一号を第十九号とし、以下二号ずつ繰り上げる。
In Article 10, item (18) shall be deleted, item (19) shall be made item (18), item (20) shall be deleted, item (21) shall be made item (19), and the numbering of its ensuing items shall be moved up by two.
第十一條第六号中「財産税及び相続税」を「内国税」に改め、同條第九号を次のように改める。
In Article 11 item (6), "capital levy and estate tax" shall be amended as "internal taxes" ;and item (9) of the same Article shall be amended as follows:
九　連合国財産（賠償庁の所掌に属するものを除く。）を保全及び返還すること並びにドイツ財産（賠償庁の所掌に属するものを除く。）を管理及び処理すること。
(9)　Preservation and restoration of United Nations Property (excluding that in charge of the Reparations Agency), and custody and disposition of German Property (excluding that in charge of the Reparations Agency);
第十二條第一項第八号中「漁業協同組合、商工協同組合」を「水産業協同組合」に改め、同項中第四号の二を第五号とし、第五号を第六号とし、第五号の二を第七号とし、第六号を第八号とし、以下二号ずつ繰り下げ、同條第二項中「第八号まで」を「第六号まで及び第八号から第十号まで」に改める。
In Article 12 paragraph 1 item (8), "the fishing cooperative associations, the commercial and industrial cooperative associations" shall be amended as "fisheries cooperative associations" , in the same paragraph, item (4)-2) shall be made item (5), item (5) shall be made item (6), item (5)-2) shall be made item (7), item (6) shall be made item (8) and the numbering of its ensuing items shall be moved down by two;and in paragraph 2 of the same Article, "(8) inclusive" shall be amended as "(6) inclusive and items (8) to (10) inclusive" .

In the heading of Article 30, "The General Affairs Division" shall be amended as "The Director's Secretariat" ;and in the same Article, "The General Affairs Division" shall be amended as "The Director's Secretariat" , item (7)-2) shall be made item (8), item (8) shall be made item (9) and the numbering of its ensuing items up to (10) shall be moved down by one, items (11) and (12) shall be deleted, item (13) shall be made item (12), and the numbering of its ensuing items shall be moved up by one.
第三十二條の次に次の一條を加える。

第三十二條の二　徴收部においては、左の事務をつかさどる。
Article 32-(2).　The Collection Division shall take charge of the following affairs:
一　内国税の徴收に関すること。
(1)　Matters concerning the collection of internal taxes;
二　価格差益の徴收に関すること。
(2)　Matters concerning the collection of price differential profits.
第三十三條の二第一項中「第七号の二」を「第八号」に、「六十人」を「百二十人」に改める。
In Article 33-(2) paragraph 1, "item (7)-2)" shall be amended as "item (8)" , and "60 in number" shall be amended as "120 in number" .
第三十八條第一項中「 調査査察部 徴收部 」を「 徴收部 調査査察部 」に改める。
In Article 38 paragraph 1, "Investigation and Inspection Division Collection Division" shall be amended as "Collection Division Investigation and Inspection Division ".
第四十條第二項中「財務部」を「財務局」に改める。
In Article 40 paragraph 2, "Finance Office" shall be amended as "Finance Bureau" .
第四十三條中「第四十四号及び第四十五号」を「第四十五号及び第四十六号」に改める。
In Article 43, "items (44) and (45)" shall be amended as "items (45) and (46)" .
第五十條中「第四十六号から第四十九号まで」を「第四十七号から第五十号まで」に改める。
In Article 50, "items (46) to (49) inclusive" shall be amended as "items (47) to (50) inclusive" .
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この法律は、昭和二十六年四月一日から施行する。
This Law shall come into force as from April 1, 1951.
