Law for Partial Amendment to the Law for Impeachment of Judges
The Law for the Impeachment of Judges (Law No.137 of 1947) shall be partially amended as follows:
In Article 5 paragraphs 8 and 9, "remuneration" shall be amended as "sundry expenses for performing duty" .
Article 7 paragraph 2 shall be amended as follows:
"The Secretariat shall have two Secretaries and three Clerks" .
In Article 16 paragraphs 9 and 10, "remuneration" shall be amended as "sundry expenses for performing duty" .
Supplementary Provision:
This Law shall come into force as from April 1, 1951. However, the revised provisions of Article 7 shall come into force as from July 1, 1951.
