食糧配給公団の清算経費の財源に充てるための剩余金の使用に関する法律
Law concerning the Use of Surplus for Covering the Expenses on Liquidation in Foodstuff Distribution Kodan
食糧配給公団は、食糧管理法（昭和十七年法律第四十号）第三十條ノ三第五項の規定にかかわらず、昭和二十五年度の剩余金を、大蔵大臣の承認を経て、同公団の清算に要する経費の財源に充てるために使用することができる。
Regardless of the provisions of Article 30-(3) paragraph 5 of the Food Management Law (Law No.40 of 1942), the Foodstuff Distribution Kodan is authorized to use the surplus for the fiscal year 1950-51 for the purpose of covering the expenses on liquidation in the said Kodan after the approval of the Minister of Finance.
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この法律は、昭和二十六年四月一日から施行する。
This Law shall come into force as from April 1, 1951.
