I hereby promulgate the Law for Partial Amendments to Telegraph and Telephone Charges Law.

Law for Partial Amendments to Telegraph and Telephone Charges Law
Telegraph and Telephone Charges Law (Law No.105 of 1948) shall be partially amended as follows:
In Annexed Table 2 Rates in Reference to Telephone, Chapter 1 Rates in reference to subscribed telephone, Item VI Installation rate, "1,500 yen" , "700 yen" and "400 yen" shall be amended as "4,000 yen" "1,500 yen" and "500 yen" respectively.
In the same Table, the same Chapter, Item IX Rate in reference to the temporary telephone, 1 Installation Rate, "1,200 yen" shall be amended as "3,200 yen" .
In the same Table, Chapter 4 Rate in reference to the licensed telephone, Item 1 Rate for local licensed telephone, 4 Rate for removal, "420 yen" , "600 yen" , "180 yen" and "240 yen" shall be amended as "1,500 yen" , "4,000 yen" , "2,500 yen" and "500 yen" respectively.
In the same Table, the same Chapter, Item II Toll licensed rate, 1 Toll line licensed rate, "Japan Broadcasting Association" shall be amended as "Broadcasting Business" . In the same Item, 3 Rate for terminal installation and 4 Rate for terminal maintenance, "the hour license for the short period for Press, Communication Agency and Japan Broadcasting Association" shall be amended as "the hour license" .
Supplementary Provision:
This Law shall come into force as from April 1, 1951.
