Law for Partial Amendments to the Offenders Prevention and Rehabilitation Law
The Offenders Prevention and Rehabilitation Law (Law No.142 of 1949) shall be partially amended as follows:
In Article 10 paragraph 1, "three commissioners respectively" shall be amended as "three commissioners (five commissioners in the Kanto DYOPAR Commission and the Kanto DAOPAR Commission) respectively."
Supplementary Provision:
This Law shall come into force as from April 1, 1951.
