I hereby promulgate the Law for Partial Amendment to the Law specifying the Case whereto the Provision of Art.12 par.3 of the Compensation against Agricultural Loss Law shall not apply.

Law for Partial Amendment to the Law specifying the Case whereto the Provision of Art.12 par.3 of the Compensation against Agricultural Loss Law shall not apply
The Law specifying the Case whereto the Provision of Art.12 par.3 of the Compensation against Agricultural Loss Law shall not apply (Law No.46 of 1949), shall be partially amended as follows:
"The fiscal years, 1948-49, 1943-50 and 1950-51" shall be amended as "the fiscal years from 1948-49 to 1951-52 inclusive" .
Supplementary Provision:
This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
