1 The Government is authorized to transfer the amount not exceeding 3,583,835,000 yen from the General Account to the Postal Services Special Account for the purpose of covering the shortage of revenues in the said Special Account, in the fiscal year 1951-52.
2 With respect to the transfer under the provision of the preceding paragraph, the Government shall, later on, make the transfer from the Postal Services Special Account to the General Account as prescribed in the budget, up to the amount equivalent to the said transfer.

Supplementary Provision:
この法律は、昭和二十六年四月一日から施行する。
This Law shall come into force as from April 1, 1951.
