In Article 20 paragraph 2 of the Law, "it shall be held within 4 times a year" shall be amended as "it shall be held within 4 times a year and the number of race meetings to be held by other designated cities as provided for in the same paragraph (hereinafter referred to as the city having local race track within its jurisdiction) shall be not exceeding 4 times a year" in paragraphs 3 and 4 of the same Article, "To, Do, Fu and Prefecture joining the union" shall be amended as "In case of the union joined by the city having local race track within its jurisdiction, the number of race meetings to be held by such a union shall be the one made by adding the number obtained by the multiplication of 2 by the number of the city having local race track within its jurisdiction to the limitation number, and To, Do, Fu and Prefecture joining the union" ;in paragraph 5 of the same Article, "the designated cities, towns or villages joining the union" shall be amended as "In case of the union joined by the city having local race track within its jurisdiction, the number of race meetings shall be the one made by adding the number obtained by the multiplication of 2 by the number of the city having local race track within its jurisdiction to the limitation number, and the cities, towns or villages joining the union" ;in paragraph 6 of the same Article, "(In case of the union jointed by any of the cities of Yokohama, Nagoya, Osaka or Kobe, 4 shall be added" shall be amended as "in case of the union joined by any of the cities of Yokohama, Nagoya, Osaka or Kobe, 8 shall be added to the limitation number, and in case of the union joined by the city having local race track within its jurisdiction, the number obtained by the multiplication of 2 by the number of such city shall be added, and in case of the union joined by any of the cities of Yokohama, Nagoya, Osaka or Kobe and the city having local race track within its jurisdiction, 8 as well as the number obtained by the multiplication of 2 by the number of such city shall be added to the limitation number" ;and in paragraph 9 of the same Article, "(In case of the city having local race track within its jurisdiction, the number of race meetings shall be 4 times a years)" shall be added next to "twice a year" .
