Law for Abolition of the Law concerning the Protection of the Government against Unjust Claims and Others
The Law concerning the Protection of the Government against Unjust Claims and Others (Law No.171 of 1947) shall be abolished. However, the provision of Article 11 of the same Law and the provision concerning the notification of the amount of prevailing wages by occupation in Article 2 of the same Law within the scope related to the provision of the same Article shall have the full force and effect until the day before the day of the enactment and enforcement of the Law aiming to establish matters concerning working conditions among the provisions in the contract, of which other party is the National Government or others.
Supplementary Provisions:
1. This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
2. With regard to the application of penal provisions to acts committed prior to the enforcement of this Law, the precedents under the former provisions shall apply.
